When ordering
Find the item(s) you wish to purchase by browsing
through the "Products" section of the site.
When you find an item you want, just click
the "Add to Cart". If you want to check out,
click the "View Cart" button, then click the
"Checkout" button. Follow the instructions
where prompted to complete the billing information
and submit your order. When you press the
submit order button, you will receive an order
confirmation email. If you have any problems
ordering via The Mediawrite website,

We also accept Bank Transfer's, Cheque/Postal
Orders, Bank Draft and Cash. We will only
accept cash if it is sent by registered post.

After you have ordered, their is no need to contact us
to confirm order. When the delivery arrives,
please check the goods to make sure they are
what you ordered and that they are in
good condition.
Any discrepancies must be notified to us by
email within 5 days of receipt of the order.
Please state your name and order number on
all correspondence, this can be found on the
order confirmation email you receive after
placing an order.

Delivery
costs are additional to the cost of the
products ordered. We have a flat rate delivery charge of 7.99 Euro. Unlike
our competitors, our delivery cost does not
vary according to the weight of your order.
Therefore the delivery cost is always 7.99 Euro.
Orders placed before 12 Noon Monday - Friday,
are usually dispatched on the same day. We
use An Post SDS Business Priority for all
deliveries. This is a next day delivery service,
however we cannot be liable for any loss or
inconvenience experienced as a result of delayed
delivery or non-delivery due to An Post SDS.
Please note that all delivery times exclude
weekends, Bank Holidays and working days do
not include weekends.
