Ordering
Q: Do you have any surcharges?
A: Unlike our competitors, we do not surcharge for anything
– including payment by credit and paypal. The price you
see is the price you pay (plus Delivery).
Q: Can you reserve stock
for me?
A: Yes we can, however we will require a 10% deposit to hold
up to 7 days, or a 20% deposit for up to 28 days. All deposits
are non-refundable.
Q: Do you ship outside of
Ireland?
A: No, We only ship within Ireland (including
Northern Ireland)
Q: What is paypal?
A: . Paypal is the online payment service we use
to process our credit card orders. Over 20 million users rely
on PayPal for making or receiving payments over the internet.

Q: Do you offer credit or
COD facilities?
A: No. These facilities are costly and we would rather offer
our customers cheaper prices.
Delivery and after sale service
Q: Why haven’t I received
my order after the time bands you state?
A: Every order we process is subject to various credit checks.
If we find any discrepancies in the details you provide us,
we reserve the right to hold your order for up to 14 days while
we check the cardholder has verified the transaction. In such
cases, we will keep you informed of what is happening. We take
fraud seriously.
Q: What happens
if my order arrives damaged?
A: If this happens please let us know immediately
and we will arrange a replacement.
Q: How long does it take
you to respond to an enquiry?
A: Most of the time we respond within 48 hours of your original
email. On some occasions a response may take longer, but this
is rare.
Q: Why won’t you answer
my phone call?
A: We will always try to deal with every telephone enquiry but sometimes we may not depending on the volume of calls at that point. Email is our Preferred Method of communication and is most detailed and sometimes will get a much faster response.
