We know of no documented cases of
credit card fraud using our shopping system over
the Internet. All credit card and delivery information
is collected by 123connect secure servers. For
orders over €500 we will only accept bank
cheque or money transfer.
We reserve the right to cancel any
order at any time for any reason. We may require
additional information for your order, we will
email you with any requirements for processing.
We reserve the right to ship only to the valid
billing address for the credit card used. We reserve
the right to restrict any orders to cleared funds
(Credit card, Money Order, Cashiers check and
paypal.)

We takes customers privacy and confidentiality
very seriously. We will NEVER disclose buyers
information to 3rd parties or agencies (unless
forced to by a court order which has never happened
to date)
Returns Policy
In the event that you have to return
any products to us please be aware of the following.
All items are covered by our return
warranty (unless stated otherwise). If goods are
damaged in transit, these will be replaced at
no cost to you.
Before returning anything, you will
need to obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandise
Authorszation) from us. This will help us to track
all returns to us. We will only accept returns
clearly labeled with a valid RMA number on the
OUTSIDE of the package. RMA's are issued for specific
products only, so please do not send other items
not covered by the RMA. Any returned packages
that do not clearly display a valid RMA number
will be refused, as will packages received over
14 days from RMA issue date.
If you encounter any problems with
the blank DVD/CD-R discs that we sell, please
stop using the discs immediately and contact us,
if you continue to use the discs and continue
to have disc failures we are not liable for the
"burnt" discs with which you have had
problems. We will gladly credit or refund on unused
media which is returned to us within 30 days of
purchase in original condition eg. no fingerprints,
scratches or dirt on the discs. unlike most suppliers
we will NOT charge a restocking fee for this,
most suppliers charge from 15-20% for this. If
discs are returned in a state which makes them
unusable then they will be returned back to you
and postage costs will be charged. If you return
items back we will inspect the items to ensure
they are in original condition and telephone or
email you to confirm this. All returned goods
must be securely packed and in an unused condition.
We strongly recommend the package you are returning
is insured. We suggest you use a service that
can provide proof of delivery. We
will not be liable for items lost or damaged in
transit back to us. These goods need a valid RMA
number before returning. Most problems encountered
with discs are usually related to hardware, firmware
compatibility and setup and is not usually the
disc which is defective. The discs itself are
usually not faulty but simply incompatible with
their hardware. Please bear this in mind when
purchasing media. Budget discs is universally
compatible as quality discs. If you want virtually
universal compatiblity, we always recommed using
media with a quality dye ie Ritek or Princo.
You should inspect the goods when
you receive them for any damage. If the package
you receive looks like it may be damaged or has
been tampered with you should refuse the package
or mark the courier's sheet to show this (if you
do sign to accept the package).If the goods are
found to be damaged prior to delivery to you then
we will replace or if out of stock we will refund
the price paid. If you find any damages you must
inform us by telephone on 086 1736423 within 24hrs
(preferably immediately on the same day you receive
them). We cannot be held responsible for damages
reported after 24hrs of receipt.
Hardware : Any hardware (DVD Recorders
etc) with flashed firmware will not be accepted
for return. They will be tested on arrival and
if found to have modified firmware, will be returned
to you at your expense. If you have "flashed"
or modified the firmware in your hardware and
experience problems we advise you to return it
to the manufacturer for repair or replacement
under the manufacturers warranty.
